Nurse Next Door is a home buying program for nurses and healthcare workers, and is part of Next Door Programs, the largest national home buying program in the United States. This program offers home buying grants for nurses and healthcare employees, and down payment assistance, along with other crucial benefits.*

ALL healthcare professionals including, but not limited to, nurses, doctors, medical staff, support staff and ALL other healthcare employees are eligible for the Nurse Next Door Program. Grant amounts have been increased up to $8,000.00. You may also be eligible for additional down payment assistance for nurses and healthcare professionals.*
